ClickWows provides digital invitation websites, RSVP management, and related features for weddings and celebrations, delivered on a one-time payment basis per plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the event details, guest information, and content you submit. ClickWows is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and media you upload. By uploading content, you grant ClickWows a limited license to host and display it as part of your invitation website.
You agree not to use ClickWows for unlawful purposes, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our platform.
ClickWows is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClickWows after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
