Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that design work on your invitation has not yet begun.
Once our team has started designing your invitation, orders become non-refundable, as design time and resources have already been allocated to your project.
Add-ons such as a custom domain or an extra language are refundable only if unused and requested within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact page with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
In cases of technical issues caused by ClickWows that we are unable to resolve, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
